About Samantha M. Banks

Samantha M. Banks is an attorney representing clients in the State of Indiana where she focuses her practice in family law, adoption, and estate planning. In 2023 she also joined Baldwin Legal* as of counsel, practicing in estate administration and litigation.

She is admitted to the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Hamilton County Bar Association.

Samantha graduated from Liberty University School of Law where she participated in the Women’s Law Society and Child Advocacy Society and received the Liberty Law Juvenile and Family Law Award.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, watching a good Netflix series, and planning family game nights.
